CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver compassionate patient care, supervise the pharmacy team, and ensure safe dispensing and counseling. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee bench shifts, and help drive performance through coaching and daily improvements.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy bench shifts as proxy to Pharmacy Manager.
• Support Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when primary pharmacist on duty.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Provide empathetic patient experiences and resolve insurance/medication issues.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to immunize.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Maintain scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team.
