Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on usage
• Immunize patients where permissible
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and lead the team during bench shifts
