Qualifikationen

• PharmD or BSc in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification (e.g., APhA) preferred.
• MTM certification where applicable.
• 2-5+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience supervising pharmacists and support staff.
• Knowledge of state/federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and DEA rules.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and workflow optimization.
