Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver, retrieve, prepare, and stock medications including STAT orders and sterile preparations.
• Maintain CSP competency through annual validation and prepare sterile products.
• Manage inventory, par levels, charges and credits for pharmacy.
• Ensure accurate compounding documentation and safety reporting.
