Job summary

Thompson Health in the Finger Lakes region seeks an inpatient pharmacist to work with Medical Staff and the Director of Pharmacy to promote safe, effective medication use for patients and residents. This is an inpatient position with a strong emphasis on clinical and distributive pharmacy services.

The role requires flexible scheduling (Days/Evenings/Nights, weekends/holidays) and a competitive pay range of $55.00–$65.00 per hour, with starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited continuing education as required/defined by New York State.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm. D from accredited Pharmacy program required.
• Board Certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of ambulatory care pharmacy experience preferred.

Pay Range: $55.00 -$65.00, based on experience.

Main Function:

In cooperation with the Medical Staff, the Health System and Director of Pharmacy, participates in programs and procedures designed to promote the appropriate, safe and effective use of medications for Thompson Health patients and residents. Inpatient position.
