Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe medication orders and proper medication handling within an institutional setting. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to guarantee safe administration and monitoring of medications.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacist licensed or eligible to practice in Georgia.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree required; PGY1 residency preferred.
  • Experience in institutional pharmacy settings is preferred.

  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to ensure safe administration and monitoring of medications.
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal laws, Joint Commission standards, and Grady Health System policies.

Collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other staff to ensure safe and effective administration and monitoring of medications.
