Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacist based in the Dubuque, IA area to provide coverage across a network of community pharmacy locations within a two-hour radius. You will counsel patients, perform MTM reviews, and ensure safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy while supporting flexible, hybrid work from home for certain tasks.

Active Iowa pharmacist license is required, Pharm.D. degree, and ability to travel up to 2 hours.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa pharmacist licensure; tri-state licensure a plus.
• Based in or within 1 hour of Dubuque, comfortable traveling up to a 2-hour radius.
• Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, patient-first mindset.
• Adaptability to slot into different teams and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist coverage across multiple community locations within a 2-hour radius of Dubuque.
• Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications and support total wellbeing.
• Complete MTM reviews and outcomes work, with hybrid elements from home.
• Ensure safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy and checks.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Build relationships with patients and pharmacy teams across the region.
• Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals for joined-up patient care.
