Quad Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacist based in the Dubuque, IA area to provide coverage across a network of community pharmacy locations within a two-hour radius. You will counsel patients, perform MTM reviews, and ensure safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy while supporting flexible, hybrid work from home for certain tasks.

Active Iowa pharmacist license is required, Pharm.D. degree, and ability to travel up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Providing pharmacist coverage across multiple community pharmacy locations within a 2-hour radius of Dubuque
• Counselling patients on prescription and OTC medications, supporting their total wellbeing, not just filling scripts
• Completing MTM reviews and outcomes work, with a hybrid element allowing some of this from home
• Ensuring safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy - interaction, allergy and duplicate therapy checks
• Maintaining full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Building relationships with patients and pharmacy teams across the region - you'll become a familiar, trusted face at every site
• Collaborating with prescribers and healthcare professionals to deliver joined-up patient care

Salary

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
