This position offers an opportunity to contribute valuable clinical expertise and leadership in a busy pharmacy setting. Located in Bartlett, TN, on a per diem basis with a commitment of 2435 hours per week, the role supports pharmacy operations Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Responsibilities include providing pharmacist coverage and clinical oversight, supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians, and reviewing prescriptions for accuracy in medication selection and dosing. The pharmacist will conduct patient assessments and consultations and ensure all pharmacy activities comply with state regulations and accreditation standards. Participation in quality assurance initiatives and audits, as well as adaptability to daily operational priorities, are essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school


• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Tennessee


• Strong communication and customer service abilities


• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively


• Basic knowledge of pharmacy technology systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office


• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings

Schedule:

• Per Diem, 2435 hours per week


• Pharmacy hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST
