Soliant Health is seeking two Clinical Pharmacists to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a pediatric hospital setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with recent experience in pediatric inpatient environments looking to make an immediate impact in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.

You will deliver consultative services, collaborate with physicians, residents, and nursing staff, and contribute to medication safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Inpatient pediatric pharmacy operations knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy scope of practice.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations and patient care.

  • Day/Evening shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM. Specific schedule to be discussed during the interview.
