Synapse Health seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee regulatory compliance for medical gas licensing in Kentucky. This PRN role focuses on ensuring adherence to state regulations and preparing for inspections.

The PIC will conduct quarterly onsite reviews (IL office), develop procedures for storage and handling, and collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with applicable laws and guidelines. Active KY license is required; SC licensure is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license; licensure in South Carolina also preferred.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, especially with medical gases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn department software.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with Kentucky Administrative Regulations related to medical gas licensing, including 201 KAR 2:225.
• Conduct quarterly onsite visits of our Skokie, IL office to review records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for secure storage and handling of medical gases.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare for inspections by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
