• Conduct quarterly onsite visits of our Irving, TX office to review records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for secure storage and handling of medical gases.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare for inspections by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.

What We Need:

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee compliance with medical gas licensing requirements in Kentucky. This role is ideal for a pharmacist looking for flexible, PRN work with a focus on regulatory oversight and compliance.

Located in Irving, TX highly preferred

What You Will Do:

• Ensure compliance with Kentucky Administrative Regulations related to medical gas licensing, including 201 KAR 2:225.
• Conduct quarterly onsite visits of our Irving, TX office to review records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for secure storage and handling of medical gases.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare for inspections by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
