Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to lead daily operations and mentor staff in Olathe, KS. This employee‑owned organization prioritizes patient‑focused care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will oversee dispensing, MTM consultations, and inventory management while championing quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a supportive ESOP culture. A PharmD and active licensure are required, with prior supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.
• Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including technicians and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including the oversight of controlled substances, medication dispensing, and patient privacy laws.
• Provide patient consultations, including medication therapy management (MTM), counseling on prescriptions, and advice on over‑the‑counter medications.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure appropriate stocking of medications and supplies.
• Handle medication orders, prescriptions, and refills in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor the pharmacy's performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work culture among pharmacy staff and fellow healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
