Barrington James is partnering with a growing Orlando-area compounding pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist in Charge / Operational Leader to own day-to-day operations and drive scalable growth. Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license with the ability to serve as Pharmacist in Charge.
• Proven experience leading teams in pharmacy, compounding, healthcare, or another regulated operation.
• Hands-on leadership in turnaround, transformation, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Strong operational mindset to improve workflow, productivity, staffing, throughput, and site performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including compounding, production, workflow, staffing, and call center functions.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, providing pharmacy oversight while also taking ownership of broader operational performance across the site.
• Drive improvements in prescription volume, throughput, productivity, staffing performance, attendance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes, workflows, and performance standards that allow the facility to operate closer to capacity.
• Partner closely with Quality and Compliance leadership to support safe, compliant, and scalable pharmacy operations.
