Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Pharmacist-leader to manage operations across hospital pharmacy areas, optimize staffing, and drive budget and quality improvements. You will coordinate with campus leadership to ensure compliant, patient-centered medication services.

The role requires a Doctorate in Pharmacy and an active license, with anesthesia/residency experience preferred. You will mentor residents, collaborate with clinicians, and uphold regulatory standards in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacist license (RPH) required.
• Master's degree preferred in Pharmacy/Healthcare Leadership or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and programs of assigned pharmacy areas.
• Staffing, hiring, terminations, evaluations and coaching.
• Budget preparation and cost control for pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with campus leaders and medical staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Serve as preceptor/educator for residency and student programs.
