Pharmacist In Charge - Contract with potential for full time hire

A Critical Access hospital (25 beds) is seeking a Pharmacist / PIC to cover the pharmacy until a full-time hire is made (candidate in this role will be considered for FT hire).

This facility is located between Alexandria and Lafayette, LA, and schedule is 8 am - 5 pm, M-F, plus on-call after hours. Census runs around 5, and there is remote support for after hours. The pharmacist in this role will work alongside an experienced technician using CPSI for order entry and Omnicell automation. IV experience is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have LA license, active and in good standing.
• IV certification and experience.
• Solid work history, great communication skills, and a record of stable employment.
• Pharmacists from all backgrounds are welcome; hospital experience is a big plus.
