Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited program; must be registered pharmacist with CA State Board.
• At least one year of experience as licensed pharmacist; leadership/administrative responsibilities preferred.
• Experience overseeing a larger, complex pharmacy operation and supervising licensed pharmacists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation and regulatory compliance of WCHC pharmacy.
• Provide leadership to licensed pharmacists, technicians, and student assistants.
• Develop formulary, manage inventory and budgeting, and coordinate purchasing.
• Ensure patient-centered pharmaceutical care in collaboration with medical providers.
• Lead accreditation activities and implement policy development.
