Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and medication storage.
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and dispensing records.
• Provide medication information and guidance to patients.
• Ensure HIPAA, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse compliance and applicable regulations.
• Lead, schedule, and support Pharmacy Technicians.
• Provide performance feedback and communicate staffing or performance concerns.
• Ensure employees follow pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages, expiration, or deterioration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
