Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time Hospital Pharmacist to deliver inpatient pharmaceutical care. This 1.0 FTE role supports centralized operations and decentralized clinical care, with day shifts and rotating evenings/weekends.

You will contribute to a patient-centered team in a not-for-profit healthcare network. Requires PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, Wisconsin license, and at least 1 year of hospital experience; competitive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience.

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Hospital Pharmacist at Emplify Health by Gundersen

In this role, you’ll provide LOVE + MEDICINE in-patient pharmaceutical care at our La Crosse Hospital.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week
• Work primarily day shifts, between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Rotate every third week to evening shifts between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm
• Rotate every third weekend and holiday
• Responsibilities for both decentralized, team-based clinical care and central operations oversight

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
