Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician to join our West Salem, WI team. This full-time role supports high-volume prescription processing by preparing, packaging, and labeling medications accurately and efficiently.

You will work with pharmacists and the pharmacy team to ensure safety and timely fulfillment, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm, with rotating Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WI and national certification (CPhT or ExCPT) or willingness to certify within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare prescription orders in a central fill setting.
• Count, package, and label medications accurately.
• Support prescription workflow, inventory, and restocking.
• Follow pharmacy procedures to help ensure safety and accuracy.
• Work with pharmacists and team members to meet daily volume needs.

We are seeking a full-time Central Fill Pharmacy Technician to join our Emplify Health by Gundersen team in West Salem, WI.

The Central Fill Pharmacy Technician supports high-volume prescription processing by preparing, packaging, and labeling medications accurately and efficiently. This role helps keep prescriptions moving safely and on time while working closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team.

What you will do

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Monday-Friday between 7:30am-4pm (Monday until 5 as needed)
• Rotating every 4th or 5th Sunday (4 hour shift)
• Process and prepare prescription orders in a central fill setting
• Count, package, and label medications accurately
• Support prescription workflow, inventory, and restocking
• Follow pharmacy procedures to help ensure safety and accuracy
• Work with pharmacists and team members to meet daily volume needs
