Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our pharmacy leadership team in Onalaska, WI. This role acts as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin State Board of Pharmacy and accreditation standards while guiding clinical and operational pharmacy activities.

You will oversee transitions of care, specialty services, and staff training, collaborating with executives to uphold program integrity and quality patient care across Gundersen Health

Qualifications

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin pharmacy law.
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, regulatory compliance, or transitions of care preferred.

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Pharmacist to join our pharmacy leadership team in Onalaska. This role is serves as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin State Board of Pharmacy requirements and accreditation standards. What you'll need:
