CompleteRx is seeking a relationship-driven Pharmacist Business Development Director to expand our presence among hospitals and health systems by developing strategic partnerships with healthcare leaders across the region.

This role requires hospital pharmacy leadership experience, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to translate pharmacy services into measurable value for C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account-specific sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals.
• Present CompleteRx services to Director, VP and C-suite hospital leaders.
• Analyze assigned territory and translate insights into effective account strategies.
• Travel up to 30% with overnight stays.
