About the Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. These responsibilities include:

• Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.
• Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently.
• Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items.

Requirements

• You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• You are resourceful, optimistic, creative, and enjoy helping your team.
• You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes.
• You are available to work within operating hours: Los Angeles Pharmacy Hours: Mon‑Fri 9AM‑6PM and Sat/Sun 9AM‑5PM.
