Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment.
• Administer immunizations following Kroger procedures.
• Dispense medications pursuant to prescriptions and policies.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and necessary ingredients.
• Verify new medications against patient profiles for interactions.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Interns for accuracy.
• Support promotions in consultation with Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, fraud, waste and abuse regulations.
