Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers is seeking a pharmacist to join our inpatient team. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe medication use, and support patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

The role emphasizes independent judgement, policy development, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The position requires state licensure, a degree from an accredited program, and is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience

Competenze

• State board licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Develop pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
