Job summary

CVS Health in the St. Louis area is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care at our retail pharmacy. You’ll dispense medications, counsel patients, and participate in immunization programs while supporting the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations.

This full-time role requires active pharmacist licensure and NPIs, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing and counseling in a CVS Health pharmacy.
• Serve as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.
• Support immunization services and patient care coordination.
• Train and coach pharmacy technicians to maintain high service standards.
