Job summary

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Living CVS Health values by delivering safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
Overseeing the pharmacy team in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager and supporting daily operations.
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies at all times.
Assist in coaching staff, maintaining patient safety, and addressing insurance/medication issues.
Proactively manage patient care through clinical services where permissible, including testing and prescribing where allowed.
