This position offers a pathway to clinical pharmacist roles within Peak Vista's ambulatory care clinics; bilingual Spanish preferred; requires Colorado pharmacist license and a pharmacy degree; 16-hour weekly schedule; benefits package

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required.
• Active Colorado pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual desired.

Responsabilités

• Reads and interprets medications and prescriptions.
• Reviews prescriptions for appropriateness and confers with prescribers or patients on questionable orders.
• Provides patient counseling and timely responses for drug information.
• Verifies dispensed products and ensures proper storage of medications.
• Supports Peak Vista’s mission, values, and collaboration across departments.
