MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to provide prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses and physicians. You will dispense medications, interpret IV orders, and help ensure safe, high‑quality drug therapy in a busy hospital setting.

The role requires a WA pharmacist license, ASHP residency preferred, and BLS certification, with at least one year of pharmacy experience. Strong collaboration with care teams is expected.

Qualifications

• WA Pharmacist license required.
• ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience in hospital/clinic/retail setting preferred.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Responsabilités

• Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders.
• Prepare primary IV/solutions and maintain records.
• Supervise support personnel and perform final checks of completed work.
• Assist in inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services.
• Ensure safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care services
