MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA, seeks a Pharmacist to deliver prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses and physicians. You will apply your knowledge to support quality health services and patient care.

This role involves supervising staff, ensuring safe medication use, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate care in the Yakima Valley. Lodging and benefits are provided where applicable.

Competenze

ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington.
Minimum one year of pharmacy experience preferred (hospital, retail, clinic or other).
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Mansioni

Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions.
Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain records.
Supervise support personnel and assume responsibility for final check of all completed work.
Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services.
Provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service.
