The Pharmacist position at MultiCare Health System provides prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care to patients, nurses and physicians across hospital services. This role supports quality patient care within Navos Behavioral Health and broader MultiCare sites.

Applicant must hold a Washington pharmacist license, with BLS certification; ASHP residency is preferred and about 1 year of pharmacy experience in hospital/clinic settings.

Formación

• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington.
• ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience preferred (hospital, retail, clinic).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV orders and prepare primary IV solutions.
• Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain records.
• Supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work.
• Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services.
• Provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service.
