Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a pharmacist to provide quality drug therapy and clinical support within a dedicated team. You will monitor therapy, review orders for dosing and interactions, and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure safe dispensing of medications.

Qualifications include a PharmD (or BS), PGY-1 residency or 3 years hospital experience, and MN licensure. On-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, timely, and cost‑effective drug therapy to customers.
• Perform clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical team members.
• Review medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, frequency, interactions, and allergies.
• Oversee the dispensing of medications and intravenous solutions by pharmacy technicians.

About this position

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency (or 3‑years hospital pharmacy experience)
• Preferred: board certification

Experience

• Completion of an ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency program (or 3‑years pharmacist hospital experience)

Licensure/Certification

Salary Range:PEPOM ($74.98 - $86.54), based on experience
