Job summary

Keystone Health is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our expanding team in the community. You will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, vaccine administration, and MTM services as part of our patient-centered approach.

Qualified candidates hold a PharmD, PA Pharmacist License (injectable), CPR, and preferably MTM and BCACP credentials. Spanish speakers and team players with strong communication will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• MTM certification is a plus.
• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
