Job summary

Keystone Health seeks a skilled Pharmacist to join our expanding team in Maryland, bringing Doctor of Pharmacy credentials and a current pharmacist license with injectable vaccine authority. Prior experience in specialty pharmacy and MTM certification are a plus, as are BCACP and CPR credentials.

Spanish language skills are helpful as we serve diverse patients. The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide excellent patient care in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
• Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
