Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our 100% employee-owned, closed-door team serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. The role includes medication packaging verification, pharmacist consultations, data entry, and injections.

Qualified candidates hold a PharmD, active AZ license, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws. Leadership experience and a collaborative environment are valued; competitive hourly wage and ESOP benefits are

Competenze

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.

Neighborhood is now hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs


• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers


• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry


• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns


• Administer a variety of injections


• Participate in medication review committees as needed


• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time
