Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team. We are a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

This position offers flexible scheduling with some full-time hours, a supportive team, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) match. Pharmacist license in Arizona is required or able to obtain before starting.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and Arizona pharmacist license or the ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

Part-time Staff Pharmacist| Phoenix, AZ

Full-Time Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM100% Employee-Owned

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
• Administer a variety of injections
