Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on verifying multidose packaging, consulting with providers, and ensuring accurate data entry while supporting a collaborative team in a 100% employee-owned environment.

Your responsibilities include reviewing therapies, addressing clinical concerns, administering injections, and contributing to medication reviews.

Competenze

• PharmD required from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.

The Day-to-Day
