Marquis Companies, a long-term care-focused organization, is seeking a Pharmacist to join Consonus Pharmacy. The role emphasizes compliant practice, supervision of technicians, medication assessments, and coordination of deliveries to facilities.

The position requires a Pharmacy degree (B.S. or D.Pharm), a current state license, and at least one year of pharmacy experience, with strong clinical and IV skills essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring compliance with appropriate Pharmacy laws and standards of practice
• Supervising pharmacy technicians as needed
• Conducting medication assessments, paperwork for drug monitoring
• Coordinating deliveries to ensure timely arrival of medication & supplies
• Answering facility’s drug-related questions/concerns, assisting in solving problems
• Assistance in drug procurement; processing orders
• Maintaining awareness of current controlled substance laws and regulations, along with Consonus Pharmacy policies and procedures.

Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacist to join our team!

As the Pharmacist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance with appropriate Pharmacy laws and standards of practice
