Insight Global client is seeking licensed Pharmacists to join its growing community pharmacy team across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Pharmacists will have autonomy, patient interaction, and a flexible schedule while delivering excellent customer service in a leading pharmacy and grocery organization.

MUST HAVES

• Willingness to work community pharmacy (vaccines, counseling, MTM)
• Must be able to do vaccines
• Flexibility with scheduling
• 1+ year in retail pharmacy

PLUSES

• Experience with vaccines, MTM, high‑volume retail
• Comfort managing technicians & store operations

SCHEDULE & SHIFTS

• 32 hours/week guaranteed
• Flex up to 40 hours as needed
• Work week: Sunday–Saturday
• Provide availability for 5 days; may only work 4
• Pharmacists largely make their own schedule

Compensation:

$109,000 to $119,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
