Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking licensed Pharmacists to join its growing pharmacy team across multiple locations in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. This role offers autonomy, patient interaction, and a flexible schedule within a respected pharmacy and grocery organization.

Pharmacists will manage their workflow, support patient health initiatives, dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with technicians and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Pharmacist
• 1+ year in retail pharmacy
• Willingness to work community pharmacy (vaccines, counseling, MTM)
• Flexibility with scheduling

Responsibilities

• Fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling & pharmaceutical care
• Maintain compliance with federal/state/local regulations
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized pharmacy
• Collaborate with technicians & store leadership
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled
• Support MTM, clinical programs, community health initiatives
