Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking licensed Pharmacists to join its growing pharmacy team across multiple locations in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. This role offers autonomy, patient interaction, and a flexible schedule within a respected pharmacy and grocery organization.

Pharmacists will manage their workflow, support patient health initiatives, dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with technicians and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Pharmacist
• 1+ year in retail pharmacy
• Willingness to work community pharmacy (vaccines, counseling, MTM)
• Flexibility with scheduling

Responsibilities

• Fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions

MUST HAVES

PLUSES

• Experience with vaccines, MTM, high‑volume retail
• Comfort managing technicians & store operations

SCHEDULE & SHIFTS

• 32 hours/week guaranteed
• Flex up to 40 hours as needed
• Work week: Sunday–Saturday
• Provide availability for 5 days; may only work 4
• Pharmacists largely make their own schedule

Compensation:

$109,000 to $119,000 per year annual salary.
