Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, part of The Valley Health System, seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, fill orders, monitor therapies, and educate patients. Prior hospital experience and Nevada licensure are preferred.

Automation experience with reporting features is advantageous. Join a team dedicated to high-quality patient care in a 336-bed facility serving northwest Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy ( BS Pharm ) required.
• One year (1) hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current Pharmacist License in the State of Nevada.
• Familiarity with automation and reporting features.

Job Description:

Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, patient counseling and teaching. Fills orders for medications, monitor patient’s drug therapies and provide drug information.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm)

Experience:

One year (1) experience in hospital setting preferred.

Technical Skills:

Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features (i.e., optimization, load/unload, nursing narcotic access, etc.)

License/Certification:

Current Pharmacist License in the State of Nevada.
