Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Manager to coordinate clinical pharmacy services and ensure daily optimal clinical operations. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining systems to support patient care within a large hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have a BS Pharm, 3+ years in clinical pharmacy (8–10 years preferred) and state licensure in Nevada. Strong MS Office skills and automation/reporting experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a clinical position; eight to ten years preferred.
• Current license as Pharmacist in the State of Nevada.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmacy operations; familiarity with MS Office tools and reporting features.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical pharmacy services and ensure daily provision of optimal clinical services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems to support pharmacy operations and patient care.

Job Description :

The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating clinical pharmacy services and ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. The Clinical Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of system.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm)

Experience:

Minimum of three years (3) required in a clinical position. Eight to ten years preferred. Prior experience as a clinical pharmacist required.

Technical Skills:

Thorough knowledge of pharmacy operations. Software skills using MS office, proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel, some knowledge of MS Access. Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features (i.e., optimization, load/unload, nursing narcotic).

License/Certification:

Current license as Pharmacist in the State of Nevada.
