Ridley's Family Markets is seeking two full-time pharmacists to join our Magic Valley team. We offer high salaries and great benefits with relocation considered.

You must hold a valid pharmacy license in the appropriate state and be willing to relocate. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, counseling customers, coordinating with physicians and pharmacy staff, and ensuring all processes comply with licensing and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state where the job is applied for, with licenses in good standing.
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree as required.
• Commitment to customer service and clinical services such as immunizations.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule is expected.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify prescriptions and provide excellent customer service.
• Interact with physicians and manage pharmacy personnel.
• Support store processes and help pharmacy operations meet objectives.
• Maintain service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory, and records.
• Meet all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
• Lead by giving feedback, coaching and coordinating with management on store programs.

Ridley's Family Markets is looking for 2 full time pharmacists in the Magic Valley area. Ridley's has 6 pharmacies in the Magic Valley area. These are high paying salaries with great benefits.

Requirements are to have a pharmacy license. We are willing to look at candidates that want to relocate from another state..

Responsibilities

1. Checking/verifying prescriptions, providing great customer service, interaction with physicians and management of pharmacy personnel.
2. Execute common store process and helping the pharmacy operations achieve their planned business objectives.
3. Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory and record keeping.
4. Satisfy all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements
5. Ensure all work processes are performed efficiently and effectively at each work station by performing quality assurance steps.
6. Demonstrate leadership by providing honest feedback, coaching, mentoring and recognition to Pharmacy staff and partnering with management in implementing store programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

1. BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
2. Active pharmacy license in the State where the job you are applying for, with all held licenses in good standing
