Ridley’s Family Markets is seeking two full-time pharmacists to serve the Magic Valley area, Idaho. The role requires a current pharmacy license and offers high pay with great benefits. Willing to relocate from another state is considered.

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, interacting with physicians, and managing pharmacy personnel while upholding service standards and supporting store programs to boost sales and prescriptions.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Active pharmacy license in the state where the job is based, in good standing.
• Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to provide clinical services like immunizations and health screening.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Flexible work schedule.

• Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory management and record keeping.
• Meet all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
• Ensure efficient work processes and quality assurance at each workstation.
• Demonstrate leadership, coach staff, and partner with management to meet sales objectives and increase prescriptions.

Ridley's Family Markets is looking for 2 full time pharmacists in the Magic Valley area. Ridley's has 6 pharmacies in the Magic Valley area. These are high paying salaries with great benefits.

Requirements are to have a pharmacy license. We are willing to look at candidates that want to relocate from another state..

Responsibilities

1. Checking/verifying prescriptions, providing great customer service, interaction with physicians and management of pharmacy personnel.
2. Execute common store process and helping the pharmacy operations achieve their planned business objectives.
3. Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory and record keeping.
4. Satisfy all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements
5. Ensure all work processes are performed efficiently and effectively at each work station by performing quality assurance steps.
6. Demonstrate leadership by providing honest feedback, coaching, mentoring and recognition to Pharmacy staff and partnering with management in implementing store programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

1. BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
2. Active pharmacy license in the State where the job you are applying for, with all held licenses in good standing
