Marquis Companies’ Consonus Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to join a closed-door long-term care team serving nursing facilities and assisted living communities. The role emphasizes patient health, collaborative care, and adherence to pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities include medication assessments, coordinating deliveries, and answering drug-related questions for facilities while maintaining current knowledge of controlled substances and internal policies.

Formación

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active license in State(s) practicing.
• Strong clinical and IV skills as a Pharmacist or willingness to learn.

• Supervising pharmacy technicians as needed.
• Conducting medication assessments, paperwork for drug monitoring.
• Coordinating deliveries to ensure timely arrival of medication & supplies.

• Assistance in drug procurement; processing orders.
• Maintaining awareness of current controlled substance laws and regulations, along with Consonus Pharmacy policies and procedures.

Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacist to join our team!

As the Pharmacist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance with appropriate Pharmacy laws and standards of practice
• Supervising pharmacy technicians as needed

Qualifications

• B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
