Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions
Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support technicians
Participate in the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and DEA regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and quality control records
Support training, process improvements, and team development
Collaborate with leadership on service and workflow enhancements
Active Texas pharmacist license
Willing to obtain Tennessee and Florida licenses within 90 days
2+ years of pharmacy experience (compounding experience a plus)
Strong Leadership skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented setting
