Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring for a role supporting the production of radiopharmaceuticals and ensuring regulatory compliance in our facility. You will operate within PET cGMP guidelines, perform aseptic techniques, and contribute to quality control and documentation in a highly regulated environment.

The position involves preparing and testing radiopharmaceuticals, maintaining equipment, and assisting in shipments while adhering to safety and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PET cGMP and radiation safety regulations.
• Experience in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control.
• Familiarity with regulatory commitments and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Produce radionuclides and prepare, test, and dispense radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies.
• Responsible under State Pharmacy Law for actions of personnel in the permitted area.
• Deliver and perform aseptic techniques, sterility testing, and pyrogen testing.
• Perform QC procedures using analytical equipment and tests.
• Maintain all applicable documents and records.
• Prepare shipment of radioactive materials per procedures and licensing requirements.
• Support operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and software.

Provides operational support in compliance with PET cGMP, radiation safety program, license commitments and corporate policies in the manufacture and distribution of quality positron emitting radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers.

• Responsible for the production of radionuclides and the preparation, testing, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory commitments including the cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies and procedures and other applicable Federal, State and Local authorities.
• Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law, for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area, in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
• Delivers and ensures performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures.
• Ensures performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company standard operating procedures.
• Maintains all applicable documents and records.
• Prepares shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements.
• Provides support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software.

The base pay range for this position is:

$111,910 - $153,879

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
