Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team on a per diem basis. The position supports day shifts, with a 10-hour schedule and every third weekend coverage, under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.

Ideal candidates hold a state Pharmacist license, hospital pharmacy experience, a B.S. or PharmD, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS. This role emphasizes patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care across medical services.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety.
• The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.
