Peak Vista Community Health Centers is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe and effective drug therapy for patients within our pharmacy services. This entry-level position offers potential progression to clinical ambulatory care roles, with a pathway to advanced pharmacist practice.
The role requires a pharmacy degree and Colorado license, with at least 1 year of pharmacist experience preferred; bilingual Spanish is desirable.

$55.69 to $80.75 hourly, based on experience.

Ensures that the drug therapy needs of the patients are safely and effectively met. Works in prescription dispensing in the Peak Vista Community Health Centers pharmacies. Eligible for progression to clinical role in pharmacist-operated ambulatory care clinics.

This role is an entry level position and has the potential for progression to a Clinical Pharmacist position, operating in Peak Vista'sambulatory care clinics.
Intermediate - utilizes pharmacy operating and point-of-sale software; accesses the intra/internet to manage timecard, review policies and procedures, and read company communications; uses e-mail and messaging to communicate with co-workers, leadership, and other departments.
Required: Registered Pharmacist with a current license in the state of Colorado.
